The Identity was born from the idea of ‘feel good pharmacy,’ playfully blending the visual codes of prescriptions and personalisation, efficacy and emotion, the reliable and the relatable.
A year on from launch the brand is thriving, despite sharing a launch date with the UKs first national lockdown. Its well on the way to 1000 5* reviews on trustpilot, and has enjoyed widespread cross-media coverage.
